Cameron helps organisations adopt new technologies by focusing on what matters most: people. Over two decades, his career has evolved from building enterprise systems to leading the organisational change required to make those systems work in practice. The shift from technical delivery to strategic, people-centred leadership defines his approach today.
His foundation is in large-scale Oracle environments across financial services, retail, telecommunications, and public health. He brings expertise in enterprise systems, integration, data integrity, compliance, and operational optimisation. This grounding enables him to engage confidently with technical teams while translating complexity into practical outcomes for executives and stakeholders.
As a founder and director across consulting and property ventures, Cameron has led strategic planning, financial management, governance frameworks, and digital transformation in complex environments. He led a body corporate through financial recovery and governance stabilisation, restoring fiscal discipline and rebuilding community trust. He has lectured at CPUT, teaching systems analysis, Oracle development, and project management.
His published research examines how communication quality and organisational commitment influence readiness for change (Visagie & Steyn, 2011, Southern African Business Review). Currently pursuing a Doctor of Business Leadership, researching entrepreneurial self-efficacy and AI-enabled decision-making in small business growth. Based in Aotearoa New Zealand, he is particularly focused on responsible AI adoption that builds awareness, judgement, and ethical capability. Sustainable growth happens when innovation, accountability, and human capability development align.

Gillian holds a BTech in Internal Audit and is a Chartered Business Accountant in Practice with the Chartered Institute of Business Accountants (CIBA Member 961, formerly SAIBA) for more than 10 years. The driving force behind BounceUp's accounting and compliance practice, her passion lies in working closely with people, immersing herself in each client's business and delivering services that enhance operational efficiency.
